Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll review your return request. Because of hygiene and safety standards, we generally do not require physical returns of opened skincare products. We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

To process a full or partial refund or replacement, we may ask for your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. If sufficient information or evidence is not provided, we may not be able to approve the refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
